A blend of 50% Shiraz and 50% Durif. Aromas of blueberries, black plum and boysenberries, with notes of liquorice and violet. The Shiraz fruit is bright and spicy, while the Durif is bursting with tannin and rich flavours. Long length and full palate. Pair with rib eye, roast beef, stews, or goat's cheese.
