Late Harvest Semillon

Description

Semillon: one of Australia's most historic grape styles, and renown in the Hunter Valley. It is a grape variety that can be vinified into many different styles, and this wine is a perfect example of its versatility.

These Semillon grapes were harvested late to allow for fuller flavours and higher sugar levels. Fermentation was stopped early to retain the natural grape sweetness, resulting in an off-dry, indulgent twist on a classic Hunter Valley Semillon.

A refreshing semi-sweet sensation of tropical fruit, citrus blossom, honeysuckle and a zesty finish. Think of its as a fruit salad in a bottle!

Enjoy with fresh seafood, spicy Asian dishes, or take it on a picnic with cheese and pate.
