We had crafted the perfect blend, with delicate tropical aromas and vibrant passionfruit flavours. Everyone was excited and agree it’s our best Rose yet… The only thing left to do? Order the bottles & book in a slot with the Bottling line. So after a particularly delightful wine time evening, the bottles were ordered and Bottling Day arrived. When we opened our first case, we were... well, surprised. Instead of a beautiful pink tinged wine, we have a very green one. This Rosé (our best of the best!), had been bottled in a green bottle reserved for our Pinot Grigio & Sauvignon Blanc! Fantastic with seafood and light pasta – we hope you enjoy it & share a laugh over the funny things that happen in life when one has a glass (or two) in hand!
