Run Amok Shiraz Cabernet (Vegan)

Description

Run Amok stems from a side-project by Ming, the youngest daughter of the Hanging Tree Wines family.

Making only premium reds while exploring Vegan wine-making, Run Amok is about keeping the cheek in life and staying young at heart. Just like our puppy Muscat, who loves to come on adventures with us, or occasionally, by himself. Either way, the sneaky little bugger runs amok wherever he goes!

This Shiraz Cabernet is a blend of Hunter Valley Shiraz and Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon. Both were fermented in open fermenters and blended prior to bottling. The resulting wine has a purple hue with aromas of earth and spice. The palate reveals flavours of plums, blackcurrants, oak and spice.

Pair with rich, creamier dishes such as lamb shanks or fattier meats of wild game.
