Lush aromas and flavours that are reminiscent of marinated spicy plum fruit, raisins and mixed peel. Lashings of brown sugar, cinnamon, cocoa and toffee. Well balanced acidity with mature oak tannins. The finish is warm, with a lingering aftertaste of plum jam and caramel chocolate.
